These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the content, services, intake features, account enrollment, purchases, and other offerings available through Halo-Vibe pages. Halo-Vibe is operated by Halo-Vibe LLC.

Wellness Notice

Halo-Vibe offerings are provided for wellness support and educational purposes only. Information on the site is not clinical advice, licensed care, or a replacement for guidance from a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult a qualified professional for health concerns, medication questions, urgent needs, or emergency needs. The Halo-Vibe Disclaimer is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Purchases

Halo-Vibe may offer remote energy-balancing support, recurring remote-service subscriptions, herbal wellness support, future memberships, digital offerings, and physical products. Launch pricing may include free starter kits, one-time remote sessions, and recurring support options, and may change as offerings are refined. Availability, descriptions, scheduling, and terms may change from time to time. In-person scalar energy sessions are not part of the initial remote rollout unless separately announced.

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting intake, creating an account, purchasing a product or service, or joining a future plan. You are responsible for reviewing service descriptions, cancellation rules, and any terms shared before purchasing or participating in support.

When recurring subscriptions are available, monthly subscriptions have a 3-month minimum unless a specific subscription page states otherwise. By purchasing a recurring subscription, you agree to complete the minimum term. Cancellation before completing the minimum term may result in a $189 early cancellation fee. Active recurring subscriptions include renewal nail sample kits at no additional kit charge for each eligible subscription cycle. Halo-Vibe may automatically create a $0 kit fulfillment order before the sample mail-by date so the customer can refresh the sample needed for the service cycle. Replacement kits, rush delivery, or reshipments caused by incorrect customer information may be handled separately. Customers can manage individual subscriptions from the customer profile or linked subscription portal. After the minimum term, cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Urgent support requests may be sent to support@halo-vibe.com.

Accounts

Some future features may require an account or profile. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Halo-Vibe may use information you provide to schedule services, personalize wellness-support offerings, manage billing when applicable, and communicate with you, subject to the site Privacy Policy.

Payments and Refunds

Payments are not collected through this launch intake form. If payment options are introduced later, they may be processed through third-party payment providers. By purchasing from Halo-Vibe, you agree to the price and terms shared before payment. Cancellations, missed appointments, future membership changes, and refund requests are handled according to the Refund Policy and any additional terms shared before booking or purchase.

Site Content

The site content, branding, text, images, graphics, logos, program names, and other materials are owned by Halo-Vibe LLC or used with permission unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit site content without written permission from Halo-Vibe LLC.

Third Parties

The site may include links, embeds, apps, payment tools, booking systems, social media features, or other services provided by third parties. Halo-Vibe is not responsible for third-party sites, services, content, policies, availability, or actions. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be governed by their separate terms and privacy policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site or services, interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or misleading information, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the site or services for unlawful purposes.

Termination

Halo-Vibe may suspend or terminate access to the site, services, accounts, memberships, or offerings at any time when necessary to protect the business, users, payment systems, site operation, or legal rights. You may stop using the site or cancel eligible services according to the applicable terms.

Warranty Disclaimer

The site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Halo-Vibe makes no warranty that the site or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Halo-Vibe disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Liability Limits

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Halo-Vibe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the site, services, products, or third-party services.

Term Changes

Halo-Vibe may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms may be posted on the site with a new effective date. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
