Refund Policy

This policy sets expectations for cancellations, missed appointments, future membership changes, and product or service refund requests. Launch pricing may include free starter kits, one-time remote sessions, recurring support, and future offerings.

Remote Support

Halo-Vibe is operated by Halo-Vibe LLC. Customers should review timing, service details, and cancellation expectations before booking or purchasing. If you need to reschedule, contact Halo-Vibe as early as possible. Free starter kits and free launch offers do not create a refund obligation because no payment is collected for those requests.

Memberships

If memberships or recurring remote-service subscriptions are introduced, they should include clear renewal reminders and a customer profile path to pause, adjust, or cancel future billing. Monthly subscriptions have a 3-month minimum unless a specific subscription page states otherwise. Cancellation before completing the minimum term may result in a $189 early cancellation fee. After the minimum term, subscription cancellations can be requested from the customer profile or linked subscription portal and take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refund availability may depend on whether the current service period has already begun.

Late Appointments

If a paid appointment or support window is missed, refund or reschedule eligibility may depend on the details shared before booking, whether preparation has already started, and whether Halo-Vibe can reasonably move the appointment.

Products

If physical products are offered later, refunds, exchanges, and shipping concerns should follow the specific terms shared before purchase.
